Lifespan & Reproduction
Seunkin usually have long lifespans of at least two centuries, but some have been known to live up to five.
When Seunkin are born, they emerge as babies and usually reach full maturity at the age of 50 years.
All Seunkin know that they are born from the magickal golden acorns that sprout from the sacred trees. But how are these acorns formed you might wonder?
Baby Seunkin are brought into existence when two or more Seunkin that share a special bond come together under one of the sacred trees and make a special wish for new life. The stronger the wish, the higher the likelihood of bringing about an acorn. Some Seunkin choose to perform rituals to strengthen their wish, where others may make their wish and leave the rest up to fate.
Any Seunkin can do this, regardless of gender or numbers, as long as they share a strong bond.
Every so often, the deity of the tree may also grant the wish of a single Seunkin.
When a wish is granted, an acorn is formed, and when it is large enough, it will fall from the tree, and a baby Seunkin will emerge.
The first Seunkins ever to be born sprouted from the wish of the first Archseun with every acorn they planted, that their world be filled with life and companionship.
